Add an Account to an Existing User

Connect additional organizations or environments to your TRES profile under the same user account.

If you already have an active TRES account, you can be invited to join additional organizations under the same login. This makes it easy to manage multiple entities or clients without juggling separate credentials.


Step 1: Accept your invitation

When another organization adds you to their TRES account, you’ll receive an invitation email.

Click Accept Invitation to begin the connection process.


Step 2: Log in with your existing credentials

You’ll see the invitation window asking for an email and password. Since you already have a TRES account, do not create a new one.


Instead, click Log in under Already have an account?


Step 3: Confirm access

Enter your existing TRES credentials and click Continue.

Once confirmed, your existing user profile will now be linked to the new organization. You can switch between organizations directly from your TRES dashboard - no duplicate setups, no repeated onboarding.

✅ You’re now connected to another organization and ready to manage its data through your existing TRES account.
