Set Up Okta Login

Enable secure, single sign-on (SSO) access to TRES through Okta.

TRES supports enterprise-grade identity management via Okta. By configuring Okta as your login provider, you centralize authentication, streamline user onboarding, and maintain full control over security policies within your organization.



Step 1: Log in to your Okta Admin Dashboard

Access your Okta Admin Dashboard to begin configuring your new OpenID Connect (OIDC) integration for TRES.



Step 2: Create an OIDC Web App

When creating your new app integration, use the following settings:

Sign-in method: OIDC

Application Type: Web Application

Sign-in Redirect URIs

Sign-out redirect URIs

Trusted Origins

https://*.tres.finance


Step 3: Capture your credentials

After setup, Okta will generate a Client ID and Client Secret for your integration.


Keep these secure - you’ll need to share them with the TRES team.


Step 4: Share your configuration with TRES

Send the following details to your TRES representative or support contact:

  • Okta Domain – Your organization’s Okta domain name

  • Client ID – The unique identifier for your registered Okta app

  • Client Secret – The access credential generated by Okta for your app


Step 5: Receive your TRES login URL

Once verified, the TRES team will provide your organization’s dedicated login URL. You can then roll out Okta-based login across your team for secure, single sign-on access to TRES.

✅ Your Okta integration is now ready. You can log in to TRES securely using your organization’s single sign-on credentials.
